RESOURCE and STUDY CENTRE:
CONTRIBUTORS
In 1996, ENYA established a multi-lingual Resource Centre, in Prague primarily for the Churches in the Central and Eastern European region. The Resource Centre includes books/resources in all the Eastern / Central European languages, as well as in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. Resources in the centre include interactive learning CD-Roms, language courses, simulation games, computer bible quizzes, biblical puzzles for young children, slide and tape shows, and videos.
When the small coordinating group began to work on the development of the Resource Centre, they proposed that by the year 2000, the target of securing 10,000 books/resources/videos, etc. - 2000 in each of the following sector / subject areas. These targets were reached in all five sectors at various points of time last year 2002.
We would like to express our thanks to the following individuals and organisations who have helped us by donating substantial gifts, books, resources and other educational materials to our Resource Centre.
The original five target sector areas which will still be developed are:
YOUTH AND COMMUNITY WORK / MINISTRIES:
including bible studies, psychology, youth leadership training manuals, camps and games, counselling skills, faith development, programmatic and resource books, reference books and periodicals on youth marginalisation and excluded youth - unemployed, abused and abusers, drugs and addictions, street children.

including management and finances, fundraising, theological reflections on diaconial and related issues, case studies and models of outreach and mission, time management, conflict management and reference books and periodicals related to the various fields of diaconial work - with the marginalised, the elderly, differently abled, homeless and with those living in poverty.

We have now set new targets and added new sector areas. By the year 2006, we hope to secure through donations and fundraising an additional 2000 books / resources in the five original sector areas above.
